   • Rebuilt MDS 2.0 as a 57-component Figma system across 40 sections, aligned to Material 3 and Flutter widgets with a single variable architecture mapped to code tokens.
   • Designed and coded a repository-backed workspace with outcome-based navigation, a Prototyping Studio, agent-readable Skills, and Code Connect mappings for 48 Flutter components.

   MIRA: ML Recommendation Engine for Moly Processing

   Case study

   • Designed operator-review and feed-blend workflows for an ML recommendation engine, plus multi-spec selection and Dutch localization for a five-site production rollout.
   • Designed the recommendation workflow for MIRA's first tracked benefit: recommended fresh-ferric addition was roughly 20% below the legacy calculator in a one-week comparison (internal tracking).

   RAMP: Remote Asset Management Platform

   Case study

   • Led design from concept through production for alert triage, mobile and fixed-plant workflows, approvals, and direct alert handling that moved required work out of SAP APM.
   • Mapped telemetry, alarm logic, SAP APM, Grafana, and RAMP into traceable maintenance workflows, then led RAMP 360 research on cross-system diagnostics.

   ServiceNow Platform Redesign

   Case study

   • Led research and design for a company-wide ServiceNow redesign serving a workforce of approximately 28,000; interviewed primary stakeholders and power users, re-architected navigation, and modernized the legacy experience into an employee platform.
